Are you good with internet search, type fast and think even faster? At the beginning, it might be challenging to learn how to use all those online tools, Applicant tracking system and learn boolean search strings. But if you are a quick learner, within a month or two you’ll be using all the resources with ease!

IT field might seem a bit confusing, but you don’t need to know programming languages to conduct an interview with software developer! You need to be able to understand the field, IT industry, the position you are hiring for. All that requires one basic ability to listen, hear and understand the information you are given.
